Booking Your Treatment: For your first visit to RENURA, we do advise The Baseline Facial to commence your skin journey with us so that we can evaluate your skin + prepare it for advanced treatments if that is what your skin tolerance requires. 


Booking Information: All booking links will take you directly to the RENURA booking page that is served by FRESHA. 

FRESHA utilises a card capture method.

 You can change or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or pregnancy/post-partum when making your appointment. 


Advanced Procedures: If you’ve recently undergone advanced procedures like injectables, peels, or microblading, we kindly ask that you wait at least 2 weeks before scheduling a facial treatment.
 

Cancellations/Rescheduling: Rescheduling or cancelling your appointment within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost. Within 24 hours, this charge increases to 100%. Please ensure that all cancellations are confirmed by RENURA. 
 

No Show: Failure to attend your appointment without prior communication will result in a 50% charge of the treatment cost, and we won’t be able to accept future bookings.
 

Running Late: If you’re running late by more than 10 minutes, please be aware that your appointment may need to be shortened, with the full treatment cost still applicable, or rescheduled.

 Payment: We accept both cards and cash. If you plan to pay with cash, kindly bring the exact amount.
 

Gift Vouchers: Our gift vouchers are valid for 6 months and cannot be redeemed or replaced after their expiry date. They are exclusively for treatments, must be used by a single individual in one visit, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
 

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you’re dissatisfied, please contact us as soon as possible.
 

Product Returns: We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 7 days of purchase, provided you have proof of purchase. If you have purchased a product directly through AlumierMD, please contact their customer service team with your order number found on your purchase details.
 

Health & Safety: Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene is our priority. Please note that minors and pets are not allowed in the clinic.
 

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Due to the nature of close contact, RENURA clinic is for female clients only. 
 

Rights of RENURA: We reserve the right to adjust treatment prices as needed to stay relevant and compliant with industry standards. Additionally, we may modify or remove treatments as necessary.
 

Privacy: Your personal information is treated with the utmost confidentiality and securely stored. We collect and manage this information in compliance with UK Data Protection and consumer legislation.
